Production
Brötje Schaumtechnik only produces order related. A worldwide unique, fully-automatic production plant is available for this and enables us to guarantee fast delivery times. Comprehensive quality control ensures our customers are highly satisfied.
Cast in shape / The advantages over rolled goods...
The initially liquid latex is foamed by us and is then cast in especially developed moulds in which it is vulcanised by means of steam. We use this method to produce individually and anatomically shaped latex foam parts for all kinds of different requirements. Tiresome punching and the resulting punched edges and waste are therefore not an issue with our moulded parts. There is also no need for possibly time-consuming subsequent grinding.
Mouldmaking
All moulds, from the sample mould through to the production mould, are made in-house. This ensures a high degree of precision and speed. Our mould warehouse currently holds around 15,000 moulds for all kinds of different moulded parts. If a customer is looking for a specific article, we check first whether we have a matching article in our existing product range. If not, we can develop an exclusive article for you to your own requirements.
Models
In the first step, a sample mould is produced, based on the customer‘s ideas and requirements. Most of this work is done at the computer. This sample mould is then used to produce the initial casts from contourex®
foam. We then send the prototype samples to the customer to check and approve. Only when the customer is satisfied do we build the corresponding production moulds for series production.
